Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use CV Yangu, a free service run by Creative Hauz. By using CV Yangu you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. A free service

CV Yangu is free. To keep it free for everyone, we set fair daily limits for each person and a monthly limit for the whole service. When a limit is reached, the AI features pause, but you can still view, edit and download your saved work. We may change these limits at any time.

2. Check your CV before you use it

CV Yangu uses artificial intelligence. It is designed to use only the information you give it, but it can still make mistakes, mishear voice notes or misread files. You are responsible for checking that everything in your CV and cover letters is true and correct before you send them to anyone.

3. Be honest

You agree not to use CV Yangu to:

• create a CV or letter with false qualifications, jobs or references;
• pretend to be someone else, or use another person's details without their permission;
• list someone as a reference without asking them first;
• break the law, harass anyone, or try to harm, overload or misuse the service.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

4. Your content

Your CVs and cover letters belong to you. You give us permission to process what you provide only to run CV Yangu for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. No guarantee of a job

We work hard to help you present yourself well, but we cannot promise that any CV or letter will get you an interview or a job.

6. The service is provided "as is"

We provide CV Yangu as it is and as available. It may sometimes be slow, unavailable or change. Keep your own copies of important documents (download them as PDF or Word). As far as the law allows, Creative Hauz is not responsible for losses that come from using, or being unable to use, CV Yangu.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use CV Yangu means you accept the update.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
